After relocating to the Upper Valley in 2008 from Minnesota and working with The Quechee Club for 6 years, Dan started his own real estate investing ventures in 2014, focusing his efforts in the Asheville, NC area.
With his growing interest and knowledge in Real Estate, he decided to complete his licensing requirements for Vermont and New Hampshire so he can provide others with the expertise and service they need when buying or selling a home or investment property. The home buying/selling process can be very stressful. Dan prides himself on taking that stress away and making the entire process from the start to the closing table an enjoyable, seamless experience.
When he's not working, Dan enjoys spending time outdoors (hiking/biking/fishing/camping/snowboarding), experimenting with home brew, and spending time with his wife Brittany and 11 year old son Jace.
