Matt Bex leads Livian Vermont with purpose and passion, driven by the belief that solving challenges in business is the key to unlocking personal growth. He is dedicated to empowering his agents, driving innovation, and creating solutions that lead to success for his team and the clients they serve.
A United States Air Force veteran, Matt began his real estate journey in Anchorage, Alaska, in 2011. Over six years, he built one of the region’s top-producing teams. After relocating to the East Coast with his wife and five children, Matt partnered with Adam Hergenrother to further his leadership journey. Under Matt’s guidance, Livian Vermont has grown to $90M in annual sales volume, earning its place as the #1 team in the brokerage by helping clients across Vermont achieve their homeownership goals.
Matt approaches each day with intention, blending productivity, learning, and play. His top priorities include physical fitness, wealth-building, and creating meaningful moments with his family. Above all, he considers fatherhood his greatest vocation.
